Personal Training
Whether it’s conditioning for good health, weight loss, or for rehabilitation from injury, people are exercising with personal trainers because they make a difference.
A personal trainer will help you define realistic goals and design a safe and
effective exercise program tailored to your needs. Our trainers are certified professionals who are experienced, knowledgeable and stay current with techniques, research and fitness trends. Training sessions are positive and encouraging whether you’re looking for a onetime consultation or a long-term relationship.
Fitness Assessment
A fitness assessment and evaluation provides information to establish your
current level of fitness as your baseline. It will assess functions of the
body according to your goals for the physical demands of your life. A fitness
assessment tests and evaluates your:
body composition
cardiorespiratory efficiency
muscular strength & endurance
muscle & joint flexibility
The fitness assessment is a valuable tool that can help guide you
and your personal trainer when tailoring your exercise program.
